「時間」是近幾年本團隊一直討論的一個概念元素，我們將本案的室內設計主軸定義為時間場景的堆疊，簡稱 TBS。我們嘗試在各個角落讓人看見或是觸摸時間的流逝；在討論時間這個要素之前，必須先接受時間是片段的，它不是一個形體可以被歸類成為風格。使用手工具慢慢鑿出結構樑柱的原本樣貌，不是新，也不是舊。玻璃樓梯的靈感來自馬塞爾·杜尚「下樓梯的裸體，第 2 號」，勾勒出流逝瞬間的運動輪廓。為打造一個五感寬敞的客廳，將原來無採光的地下儲物室，改作為挑高的客廳空間。
"Time" is an essential element that our design team has been discussing for years. We’ve defined the interior design masterplan of this makeover project as stacked with "time-based scenes" (TBS) for short. On the exterior, we deliberately replaced the waterspout pipe with rust-proof rebar to highlight the passage of time. The design of the glass staircase was inspired by Marcel Duchamp's artwork "Nude Descending a Staircase, No. 2," contouring the motions of passing moments. By partially cutting out the intermediate floor, a double-height ceiling living room is created in the former basement.
