2010年某日，設計者在台北路邊騎樓躲雨，抬頭看著一棟白色建築，立面留著一條條灰褐色雨痕，混雜泥沙、灰塵與皮屑的痕跡。設計者心想：若建築是灰色的，痕跡就不明顯了吧？那一刻設計者領悟了主觀：站在都市角度，希望白建築永保潔淨，雨痕只是污點；但如果主角是水滴，那它留下的痕跡就是它的全部。也許這就是藝廊該有的樣子，它是中性的，沒有語彙的；展覽空間之於藝術家，如同畫布之於顏料。

One day in 2010, the designer was sheltering from the rain under an arcade on a Taipei street when he looked up at a white building. Its facade was streaked with grayish-brown raindrops, a mixture of mud, dust, and dander. He thought: if the building were gray, wouldn't the streaks be less noticeable? At that moment, he realized subjectivity: from an urban perspective, only white buildings are preferable and raindrops are merely stains; however, from the perspective of the raindrop, the trajectories it leaves presents its existence. Perhaps this is what an art gallery should be like, neutral, devoid of language.

案址原屋為加強磚造結構，逾五十五年間歷經多次整修與違建增建，原貌已不復見。設計以「保留再生」取代「拆除重建」，透過拆除違建、釋放前院空間、重構立面語彙，使建築重新與街道產生對話，也讓光與風再次回到空間中。外觀立面使用本地柳杉所製的燒杉板，不僅回應地方工藝，也避免了瀝青類建材對環境的負擔。室內則以燒杉原枝作為結構與空間界定節點，配合活動隔間，提供靈活而通透的使用彈性。

Employing the local charred fir plank, the exterior responds to the reinforced masonry six decades ago. We chose preservation over demolition, opting for architectural regeneration through subtraction and reinterpretation. By removing illegal additions, reopening the front courtyard, and reworking the building’s façade, we allowed it to reconnect with the street and created a stop point for passerbys. Full-length charred cedar trunks serve as both vertical structural elements and spatial dividers, sustaining fluidity and flexibility of spaces.

秉持「形隨機能」的設計理念，一道曲牆界定了玄關儲藏室與客廳的分界，由大門一路延伸至沙發區，不僅流暢地劃分了空間層次，同時也將沙發後方的收納機能隱藏其中。呼應全室柔和的弧形設計語彙，天花板亦採圓角收邊處理，巧妙化解了原始樑柱結構所帶來的生硬與突兀感。整體空間以中性色調為基底，讓家具與軟裝自然跳脫成為視覺亮點。洞石主牆與淺灰棕色木地板相互輝映，醞釀出靜謐且溫潤的空間氣息。

Aligning with the notion of “form follows function”, a curved wall delineates the separator between the entrance closet and the living room. Extending from the entrance door to the sofa, this curved wall demarcates the space sections and encloses the household storage behind the sofa at the same time. Echoing the soft, arc-shaped, design context, the ceiling is shaped with rounded corners, cleverly eliminating the sense of discord caused by the post-and-beam structure. The overall neutral color palette allows the furniture and decor to stand out without overwhelming the senses.

1920年代起，水里蛇窯作為知名的窯業重鎮，是台灣現存最古老且大規模的傳統柴燒窯，本案涵蓋展售區與藝廊區兩館，願將蛇窯的精神與寓意呈現給大眾。展售區承襲了窯場原始的侘寂感，並融和現代的設計語彙，大面積開窗讓自然光引進室內，主牆體現陶土從自然樣貌的開採、製土，最終拉胚窯燒的意象過程。藝廊區以天窗作原建築結構翻新，將自然光引進，讓展覽作品在一天當中能被不同樣貌的自然光線呈現，讓訪客感受陶窯歷史與風華。

This adaptive reuse project renews a 1920s ceramics factory in Shuili Township, Taiwan, known as the “Snake Kiln.” Now transformed into a hybrid space featuring a gallery and gift shop, the design blends old and new through a wabi-sabi aesthetic. In addition to modern structural upgrades, the renovation minimizes decorative elements and embraces rustic beauty. Skylights introduce shifting natural light, while an undulating feature wall evokes a sense of primitive calm and reflects the site’s historic legacy, revitalizing kiln culture, local vitality, and visitor flow.

屋主長年經常邀請朋友來家中聚餐；以此為發想，團隊試圖將桌件轉化成裝置藝術，並串連起整體的居住行為。進門後，輕薄的金屬桌面轉變成一道懸浮的紙張，引入室外的林蔭。而所有空間配置則環繞著這座五米長的桌子展開，空間兩端是雙臥房及主臥室以確保居住隱私。中央的桌件主體結構則由四塊金屬鳩尾榫接而成，單側透過預力金屬棒懸吊，下方透過雙桁架降低桌面內部扭矩。它既是工作檯面、也是家族聚餐的餐桌，亦是社交的重心。

The occupants are keen to invite friends to have meals at home. In response to their hospitality, the design team placed an art installation at the center of the space, conjoining the household way of living. Entering the space, the ultra-thin metal tabletop is transformed into a floating sheet of paper, drawing the outdoor greenery inside. The interior planning holistically centers around this 5-meter-long table. The table’s structure is formed by four metal plates connected with dovetail joints. It is where work goes in progress, where meals are shared, and where life connects.

本案以「隔間實驗」探索全新的無隔間住宅設計語彙。傳統室內設計常以隔間牆界定功能空間，本案完全拆除原三房格局中的所有隔間牆，整體隔間系統採用五公釐薄鐵材製作，以四個圓形隔屏重新定義室內空間，創造出工作區域與休息區域的對話。極簡的構造方式大幅降低了材料使用量與施工廢棄物，充分體現設計的永續理念。基地四周林蔭環繞，隔屏的高度變化巧妙融入自然景致；靠近落地窗的隔屏高度較低，讓戶外綠意延續進入室內，重新詮釋了住宅隔間的可能性。

This project redefines residential living by replacing traditional cement walls with minimalist 5mm steel partitions. Starting from a bare structure, four circular dividers define functional zones without rigid boundaries, encouraging fluidity between work and rest. Prioritizing sustainability, the design reduces material use and construction waste. Varying partition heights, especially near windows, visually connect interior spaces with surrounding greenery, blending indoors and outdoors. It presents a coherent, functional space that redefines conventional apartment layouts through flexible, sustainable, and visually open design.

本案清水混凝土住宅坐落在步調快速的市中心，這處住宅收攏了光線、綠意與時間的痕跡，為三代同住的家人保留了各自安放的餘裕，宛如靜謐的容器，模糊了自然與建築的界線。住宅以綠植為設計靈感，將綠植融入庭院、露台和陽台。落地窗引入自然光線，展現四季變幻，將居住者與時空連結。簡潔的線條、天然的木材和極簡的裝飾，致敬精湛的工藝，還原建築的原始本質，打造一個寧靜祥和的多代同堂住宅。

Serves as a tranquil vessel that blurs the boundaries between nature and architecture, this residence, built of fair-faced concrete in a fast-paced downtown. Embracing the act of planting as a design motive, the space integrates greenery through courtyards, terraces, and balconies. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light, revealing seasonal shifts and connecting occupants to time and place. With clean lines, natural wood, and minimal decoration, the design honors craftsmanship and restores architecture to its primitive essence, offering a serene, multi-generational home.

Designed for a single woman and her cat, this compact apartment reimagines co-living in a small space. Leveraging high ceilings and a split-level layout, the design enhances vertical movement while blending clean lines, soft taupe tones, and natural textures to evoke a serene, forest-like atmosphere. Cat-friendly functions, like a climbing wall, elevated walkway, are seamlessly integrated without compromising human comfort. The removal of a daylight-blocking partition improves natural lighting, while eco-conscious, non-toxic materials support sustainability and well-being.

為探究一種非典型的居住型態，一對角線將空間分為二，一側為公領域的探討，另一側為私人居住的隱密，區域與區域彼此縫合，完成了空間。由礦石餘料與回收PP再製的礦粉塗料，突顯了每個隔間的曲線、輪廓，與流動姿態，使生活場域瀰漫藝術氣息與無受限的自由。

Pursuing an unconventional living style to enrich the occupant’s experience, this project breaks away from typical apartment layouts. It opts for open and hybrid spaces by demolishing partition walls and installing short-width partitions aligned along a large-scale diagonal line. Eco-friendly mineral paint, made from quarry residues and recycled PP fibers, highlights the curves, contours, and fluidity of each partition. Complemented by transparent materials, the space is artful and free flowing.

「時間」是近幾年本團隊一直討論的一個概念元素，我們將本案的室內設計主軸定義為時間場景的堆疊，簡稱 TBS。我們嘗試在各個角落讓人看見或是觸摸時間的流逝；在討論時間這個要素之前，必須先接受時間是片段的，它不是一個形體可以被歸類成為風格。使用手工具慢慢鑿出結構樑柱的原本樣貌，不是新，也不是舊。玻璃樓梯的靈感來自馬塞爾·杜尚「下樓梯的裸體，第 2 號」，勾勒出流逝瞬間的運動輪廓。為打造一個五感寬敞的客廳，將原來無採光的地下儲物室，改作為挑高的客廳空間。

"Time" is an essential element that our design team has been discussing for years. We’ve defined the interior design masterplan of this makeover project as stacked with "time-based scenes" (TBS) for short. On the exterior, we deliberately replaced the waterspout pipe with rust-proof rebar to highlight the passage of time. The design of the glass staircase was inspired by Marcel Duchamp's artwork "Nude Descending a Staircase, No. 2," contouring the motions of passing moments. By partially cutting out the intermediate floor, a double-height ceiling living room is created in the former basement.

重新詮釋傳統中國園藝的「借景」概念，將自然氛圍融入現代生活空間。松木飾面的框架景觀將窗外的樹梢景色帶入室內，注入自然活力。圓形壁龕搭配鏡面背景，映照出戶外風景，為古典美學注入現代風格。隨著自然光與陰影的變化，反射的景色也會隨季節變化。灰色調與木紋結合，營造出天然岩石的質感。斜向排列的牆面搭配隱藏的儲藏櫃，巧妙地將生活空間與休閒空間分隔開來，而流線型線條與開闊的視野則營造出開闊與寬敞的氛圍。

This project reinterprets the traditional Chinese landscape technique of “borrowed scenery,” integrating nature into a modern living space. Treetop views are framed by pine-veneering, bringing urban vitality indoors. A circular niche with a glass backsplash reflects outdoor scenes, adding a contemporary twist to classical aesthetics. Responding to natural variations of light and shadow, the reflected scenery shifts with the seasons. Gray tones paired with wood textures evoke the feel of natural rocks. A slash-positioned wall with a hidden cabinet subtly separates living and rest areas, while clean lines create a sense of spaciousness.

緊鄰使用者的辦公室，這處七十六平方米的閒置公寓，既是短期留宿的客房，也是招待商務餐敘與家庭聚會的私廚。以留白為概念，規劃著眼於自然而寧靜的環境，而非顯眼的裝飾設計。原格局為三房兩衛，重新配置後改以聚會、社交與情感連結為主，而非單純的居住場所；為提升可及性與動線流暢，平面調整為一間臥室與一處寬敞的共享空間，並配置開放式廚房。基地位於市區，原本入口對向的窗景雜亂，因此將客廳與臥室對調，換得更好的窗外視野。

Adjacent to the occupant’s office, this 76-square-meter spare apartment serves not only a guesthouse for short-term accommodations, but also as a private kitchen for hosting business meals or household celebrations. Probing concepts of the negative space, the planning aims on a natural and tranquil environment instead of prominent decorative design. Previously configured with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, the space has been redesigned to foster gatherings, socializing, and relationship-building rather than merely serving as a habitation place. The living area and the bedroom were strategically swapped, allowing for better window vistas.

深入空間，一座大面積的黑色櫃體成為主角，集儲物、用餐與隱藏式通往廚房的動線於一體；另一側的客廳，則採用大量白色鋪陳，線條俐落、光線充足，展現明亮通透的氛圍。依循日常生活動線，住戶先經過沉穩低調的用餐空間，逐漸過渡至明亮開放的起居區。黑白色調在空間中交錯流動，營造出視覺層次與延展感。臥室則以柔和的木質元素點綴，延續白色主調，營造出一處靜謐安定的休息空間。整體設計透過色彩、線條與極簡語彙相互呼應，打造出一個和諧、靜謐且溫馨的三口之家。

Deeper into the space, a bold black cabinetry unit dominates the area, serving as storage, a dining area, and a concealed passage to the kitchen. In contrast, the living room is bright and airy, bathed in sunlight and structured by clean lines against a white backdrop. The occupants encounter a calm, shaded dining space that transitions into the bright openness of the living area. Accented by subtle wood textures, the bedrooms inherit the white theme, creating a serene environment for rest. Holistically, the design uses color, clean lines, and minimalist elements to craft a cohesive, tranquil home tailored to a family of three.

Y26 出入口為市民大道二十八處出入口再造之第一步，鄰近鐵道部園區與台北府城北門等文化資產，是重要的交通樞紐。歷經多年使用，地下空間與建物本體已顯現動線不良與結構老化等問題。設計團隊以都市醫生的角色透過最小限度的介入重塑都市景觀。每一個出入口與環境、歷史、文化及人文有著緊密的連結，現存出入口缺乏地區自明性，本案希望藉由 Y26 重新喚起每一出入口的自身故事。

Y26 is an entrance to an underpass exit of Taipei Main Station's underground streets, known as the Taipei City Mall, established in the early 1980s and spanned approximately 825 meters. Located with neighboring cultural heritages of Railway Department Park and North Gate of Taipei City Walls, Y26 is considered as a main traffic hub. However, the original design of both the underground area and the building itself has revealed some issues, including poor circulation and structure dotage. As one of the government's urban renovation projects, the Y26 makeover involved minimal intervention, adding shimmers to streets like a firefly in the city.

使用者為道路標線工程的原物料生產商，在空間與行業之間轉變而成的礦粉辦公室。在產業的再生與世代承襲之間，思考如何讓空間能傳達企業的服務與價值。將空間原有的隔間與木作全數拆除，再根據業者的實際需求，將平面各半劃分為密閉的會議辦公室與半開放的交誼式空間，並以試管作為其隔間。道路標線工程的主要原物料取自於採石場大量的原石餘料，將不同研磨階段、密度迥異的碎石裝載至頂天立地的透明管件，依照顆粒疏密、色澤、純度並列，形成上半部透光、其餘不透視的隔屏。

The client, a supplier of raw materials for road marking contractors, transformed their office into a mineral powder space. The revamp aimed to convey the enterprise's service, values, and industry regeneration. After demolishing all partitions and woodwork, the space was divided into conference rooms and open areas using acrylic pipes. These pipes, filled with remnant stones from quarries, improve lighting, reduce space confinement, and symbolize the evolution of the client’s business services.

泰山圖書館位於一複合式建築物五樓，開館近二十年，內部空間已存在諸多機能欠佳狀況，包含照明與日照採光不足、老舊結構體滲水、書架間通道狹小之安全疑慮以及風格陳舊。本案的整建，把原本混雜壓迫的空間組織重新梳理，在開放的平面上型塑空間層次與視覺體驗，使訪客從入口的壓縮感、到中央挑高空間的感官放大，創造不同於一般圖書館的使用體驗。核心以書架向外發展，不僅作為功能性的收納，也兼具展示、空間區隔與動線的形塑功能，搭配家具的配置方向引入自然光線，形成採光良好的閱讀場所。

Before the renovation, the library, established 20 years ago, appeared outdated and cramped. This project transformed it into an airy open space for all ages, especially benefiting the children's reading area. Aligning with the trend of app reservations and inter-library book sharing system, this makeover maximized available space, enhancing visitor movement and the overall reading atmosphere. The design provides a see-through, multi-level visual experience, achieved through expansive translucent high ceilings and wooden shelving, to create a poetic space, alluding more city dwellers to visit.

本案為一冥想場域。依原型心理學理論，自我實現源於融合有意識的自我與無意識中的陰影，而冥想是自我向內探索其陰影的過程，渴望瞭解內在意識的更深處，撫平紛擾思緒，延伸本案設計概念：空間經被反射後才顯示完整個體。天地壁面以深灰調圍塑安定的場域氛圍，造型回歸至生命初始的有機載體，亦如洞穴般靜謐無紛擾。自由曲線猶如非線性、甚是扭曲的意念，隨觀看鏡面角度產生畫面多樣性。中心的聚光如天光啟示，猶如繁雜意念中注入一道昇華的亮光。

Inspired by the Buddhist notion, “Form does not differ from emptiness; therefore, emptiness does not differ from form,” this project is a meditation hideaway for users to practice mindfulness in a hectic city. Imagining the consciousness is distorted and capricious, the walls and ceilings are connected with Bézier surfaces in deep colors. An LED oculus recessed in the non-linear space, the site is visually intuitive and filled with smooth continuity, inspiring the meditator’s introspection to probe into the intricacy of the relationship between physical and mental situations.

所謂簡單、簡約，抑或是極簡的生活方式，背後必然蘊含著厚實的思考脈絡。建築的量體、光影、比例一直是建築與室內設計領域裡琢磨的重要元素。為圍塑一種輕質的、通透的，不同於制式的極簡居住形式，此案首先思考「牆」。牆是居住框架中的其一單位，可以是平面、亦可是曲面的表現，可以是隔間的形式、亦可是具乘載機能的器具，將廚房、衛生間、收納、管線、空調等生活必備的臟器整合其中。萬物皆有混合的比例，一如曲線與三角、混凝土與不鏽鋼，將看似衝突的元素整合重製，為這空間帶來本質的獨特性。

Massing, proportion, and penetration are crucial to minimalism lifestyle, which evolves in the satisfaction of physical needs bonded with intricate contexts. Probing into connotations of metaphysics relation, this project reunites seeming contradictions among curves and angles, polished steels and concrete cements, culminating with moderate fusion. A wall is considered as a single unit of a framework. 獲獎記錄 ｜WINNING AWARDS

茶米中醫位於台北市松山區，北面緊鄰傳統市集，南面為台北市重點金融中心。有別於一般健保院所將院址設於一樓，本案將院所設於三樓，以保障病人之隱私。醫療院所若動線過長，不利於年長者行走，並容易造成管理死角；為解決診間規劃所造成的動線過長，各區域診間如衛星型發散式配置，以去中心化而形成中心化之思維，並將接待區、調劑處所以及等待區重新整併，形成中心化之圓。中心圓有如種子一般，存在之後，其餘機能自然環繞而生；略為圓潤之風格，減低看診時的心理壓力與一般醫療院所之生冷感。

Situated in Taipei city, Cha-Mi Chinese Medicine Clinic abides by a well-rounded hospital facility standard, avoiding excessively long passages among consulting rooms, which is unfriendly to the elders and causes blind spots. The master-planning forges centralization by decentralization of regular layout, dispersing routes of therapy rooms and forming a centralized-circle plan. Intelligent automation systems are integrated at registration, dispensary, and description payment, which not only better the consulting process, but also comply with tech-life trends coming in the near future.

灰色是安定的顏色。招牌與名片皆以蘇敬惇老師的題字為主體，並以質樸的大地灰鋪底；店內蔓延著綠植與留白，在充足的日光中瀰漫著舒心氛圍，盼業者與消費者都能夠在場域中獲得療癒。

HOW WE DESIGN

延續名片的黑白雙色系統，正面僅配置標誌、公司全名與聯絡資訊，其餘留白；側邊以斜向線條收邊，呼應工程場域的方向性與節奏。收件人欄位與郵資框預先印上，寄送時直接手寫即可，兼顧品牌一致性與日常使用的效率。

HOW WE DESIGN

以黑白雙色鋪陳，將五項工程服務並列成一行資訊帶，服務範圍一目了然。標誌取自品牌名的幾何線條，搭配局部亮面與凹凸的層次，在素面紙材上做出材料般的光澤與重量感；背面配置 QR code，讓工地現場也能直接掃描聯繫。

此Logo標誌與視覺設計發想自品牌名的「石」字的造字寓意。石在甲骨文中屬於象形文字，形容「山崖掉落的小碎石」；因此，從後設角度審視，石的象形字具有方向性和空間感。我們延伸其意象，想像不同空間方向可產生的多變視覺性，並重組畫面感，將標誌立體化，最終再強化明暗、虛實的意象。
